110-300-0165(2)(a) Licensor observed small objects behind the table covering the fireplace that could pose a risk of choking, aspiration or ingestion. 110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensor observed multiple cords capable of forming a loop around a childs neck that are not used during supervised learning progam activities. These observations included: Living room behind fireplace, muliplie cords observed. Living room on the floor, charging cord observed charging a gaming device. Infant room, cord accessible and plugged into outlet. Other play/nap room, cord to sound machine accesible and capable of forming loop, plugged into outlet. Outside in the front play space, cords visible under window and accessible to children.
